You guys, I just have to take a minute to share some personal thoughts with you. You’ve made it to the bottom of this page, so there is obviously something that has made you stop, think and keep reading.

Let me just say that I am one of you! I am a small homebuilder from Boise, Idaho that has been doing this for almost 20 years now.

While I ran a decent business for the first 12-14 years, I had desires to improve and grow and make more.

What was wrong with ME??

I left the Builders Show that year with a burning fire in my gut that I was going to go figure it out! I was ready to do whatever it took to go out and FINALLY break through and get more out of my business!!

I spent the next FIVE YEARS traveling to Florida, to Texas, to Utah, to Pennsylvania, to Nevada, to Arizona, to California, spending tens of thousands of dollars, signing up for classes on sales funnels, on accounting, on project management, on purchase orders, on profit control, on leadership and more!
